We will get a big portion of deep fried chicken here. The sambal was really good for a reasonable price.

The price is considered high for the taste and atmosphere. A fried duck, rice and iced tea costs 65 thousand

The food was okay, but consider to ride on a motorcycle instead of a car, since the parking lot is obviously a big deal here.

I was staying at a hotel right across from Bebek Goreng ABC when I randomly decided to take a quick trip to Alfamidi. I hadn’t eaten properly, so I figured, why not grab some fried duck on the way back? Just a casual, no-expectation kind of purchase. So, I ordered one fried duck thigh, babat (tripe), iso (intestines), and rice, to-go. Walked over to Alfamidi, came back, and when it was time to pay… IDR 120K. I won’t lie..I was a little shocked. For a street-side fried duck stall, it felt steep. But then I picked up the bag and... okay, this is heavy. At that point, I decided to just take it back to my room and see what I actually got. And wow. The portion was massive..not just big, but huge. The first bite? Totally worth it. The duck was incredibly tender, with a rich, savory flavor. The babat was salty in just the right way (which I love, since I’m not into overly sweet dishes), and everything was seasoned beautifully. This was the kind of meal that hits the spot just right. Even with two of us eating, we still couldn’t finish it! That’s how generous the portion was. In the end, while the initial price tag made me do a double take, after tasting it, I can confidently say it’s worth it. One small tip for anyone ordering: it would be great if the lady taking orders asked upfront whether you want a large or small portion, because apparently, smaller portions are available (as I later read in reviews). This one was way too much for just one person..even if you skip the babat and iso. So if you’re up for big portions, tender fried duck, and bold flavors, Bebek Goreng ABC is a must-try. Just be ready for a feast!

Nice place, reasonable price and good food... One of the culinary legends in salatiga. Try the fried cow intestines, they were amazing... Unfortunately, the sambal is less hot. But it's nice. Thanks

What I want to say is this. That's ayam kampung, and that's the reason why it's expensive. But the price is way too expensive compared to places in West Java with the same size. The good thing is, the taste is good. And, the atmosphere is quite nice there, especially when it's crowded. The service is meh, but still, I'd like to go there again for the chicken. Hopefully the price is more reasonable in the future (like 30k for breast or thighs).
